True Windows

Dipterocarpaceae is a family of 17 genera and approximately 580-680 species of mainly tropical lowland rainforest trees. Many are large forest emergent species, typically reaching heights of 40-70 m tall, with the tallest known living specimen over 85 m tall. The species of this family are of major importance in the timber trade, and in particular is a very stable timber for the manfacture of Windows and Doors

There is a degree of illegal harvesting of this family of tree. However True Windows buys all of its timber through a registered German Timber Agent and only from Managed Forests.
