Hand Over
At the end of our installation we will check that all the items are
installed properly and functioning correctly. Following this, where
possible, we like to tour the project with our client so they can check
over our work.
Should there be any outstanding issues, they will be noted on a Snag
List and a time frame for dealing with these will be agreed.
The project (excluding the Snag List) is then ‘Handed Over’ to the
client.
Following this there will be many more trades working on the site and we
suggest you look at our Caring for your windows section, where you will
find useful information on issues that can arise after we leave the
site.
